Shoji Paper Shipping

IMPORTANT: Due to a trip to Japan starting Nov 18th until Dec 19th, we are limiting shipping orders one day per week. Express shipping will not be available during this period. We're sorry for the inconvenience. We will resume normal operation after Dec 12th.

Our standard shipping method for eShoji Paper Store product is USPS Priority Mail (usually takes 2-4 days). For Express Shipping, orders must be received by noon (Central Time) to guarantee express service. See note for Express. All orders in stock will be shipped out within 2 business days. We will notify you if any item is backordered.

Shipping outside the U.S.

Most shoji paper can be ordered online even for overseas orders. If you have a trouble filling the order form, please email us your order. Sorry, no returns accepted for products shipped outside the U. S..

We ship custom shoji screen system within the U.S.. Contact us for shipping estimates. See Shoji Woodworking section for more details and photos on custom screens.

Damages during shipping

If you receive any product that was already damaged during shipping, please notify us by calling or email, and return damaged items to P.O.Box 245, Slinger, WI. When we receive the damaged items, we will ship replacement, and reimburse the return postage.

Return Policy

You may return new, un-opened shoji paper products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product's purchase price for domestic orders. Items should be returned with postage paid by the customer. For a factory-packaged roll return, (such as B132 Professional) when the package is opened, but entire roll is unused/undamaged, there will be 25% restocking fee of the product's purchase price. Other paper/product that is not factory-packaged (such as Laminated paper, Hi-tec Kozo), you may return unused/undamaged sheets for a full refund of the product's purchase price. If any product that is customized such as Decorative Shoji Film, or used/cut/creased, it cannot be returned for a refund. Damage occur during return shipping too, so please insure your returns. If returned item is damaged, there will be a deduction from refund, depending on how much damage is to the product's value.

Please call or email before you return any item. Please write the order number on the package when returning. Refund will be made after we receive the items.

Nonreturnable Products

Due to risk of breakage during shipping, Waterproof acrylic shoji plates, or Laminated shoji paper 1mm thick products cannot be returned. International orders cannot be returned.
Any custom screens cannot be returned.
