Shoji Paper Shipping

 

Our standard shipping method for eShoji Paper Store product is USPS Priority Mail (usually takes 1-4 days). For Express Shipping, orders must be recieved by noon (Central Time) to guarantee express service. See note for Express. All orders in stock will be shipped out within 2 business days. We will notify you if any item is backordered.

Get shipping estimates if...

• Any other shipping services that is not available online
• Volume orders over $200
• Oversize products such as Waterproof acrylic plates,
  PVC 1mm thick and wallpaper
• Orders shipping outside the U.S.

 

Shoji Screen/Door Shipping

 

We ship Freestanding Screens, Shoji Door Kits and Custom Shoji Door System within the US. Contact us for shipping estimates.

 

 

Shoji Paper Store Products Return Policy

You may return new, un-opened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product's purchase price. Items should be returned in their original packaging. If a factory-packaged roll (such as B132 Professional, all Basic paper, Genuine Kozo Paper K111-141 & Fusuma paper) was opened, but paper was unused/undamaged, there will be 20% restoking fee of the product's purchase price. Other paper/product that is not factory-packaged, you may return unused/undamaged sheets for a full refund of the product's purchase price. If any product that is used/cut, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Due to the risk of breakage during shipment, Waterproof acrylic shoji plates cannot be returned for refund.
