Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground (normally 2-4 days) For contiguous US states, this option cannot be delivered to a PO Box/USPS only address, without an additional fee. For PO Box or USPS only address, paper order may be required $15.00 oversize package fee. For Express Shipping, orders must be received by noon (US Central Time) to guarantee express service. Please contact us by email for more Express options other than ones showing online. All orders in stock will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. We will notify you if any item is back-ordered.

We ship outside of the US via standard USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 days to most locations). Please contact us if you have trouble getting shipping estimates as filling out with a foreign address could be tricky. Especially for a large order it's best to get shipping estimate by us manually, please email us your items/quantity/shipping address to: info @ eshoji .com. (*International orders cannot be returned.)
COVID-19 INTERNATIONAL CLAIM NOTICE: The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions daily, which are impacting the ability for carriers to meet their standards of service. Most carriers have already removed their guaranteed delivery service, and many have declared Force Majeure in anticipation of the delivery delays that are affecting shipping timeframes. We expect most packages to arrive and are seeing deliveries occurring within 6 to 10 weeks from the original ship date. Delays are being further compounded by the increased demand despite the reduced capacity available for transportation due to flight cancellations by passenger and cargo planes. This is causing a high instance of claim filings for lost parcels that are in fact delayed. What Does This Affect: March, April, May and June Shipments shipped Internationally What does this mean for me?: International claims for lost parcels will require a wait period of 55 days from the date of shipment before filing a claim. Claims for damage, shortage, or lost packages showing delivery can be processed as normal within our normal timeframe. We will continue to monitor the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on the carrier services to ensure the best service possible for our customers. Due to the dynamic nature of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, information is subject to change.
Damages during shipping
If you receive any product that was already damaged during shipping, please notify us by calling or email, and return damaged items unless otherwise specified. When we receive the damaged items, we will ship replacement, and reimburse the return postage.
You may return new, un-opened shoji paper products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product's purchase price for domestic orders. Items should be returned with postage paid by the customer. For a factory-packaged roll return, (such as B21 Basic Plain) when the package is opened, but entire roll is unused/undamaged, there will be 25% restocking fee of the product's purchase price. Other paper/product that is not factory-packaged (such as Laminated paper, Hi-tech Kozo), you may return unused/undamaged sheets for a full refund of the product's purchase price. If any product that is customized such as Peel & Stick Shoji Film, or used/cut/creased, it cannot be returned for a refund. Damage can occur during return shipping too, so please insure your returns. If a returned item is damaged, there will be a deduction from refund, depending on how much damage is to the product's value.
Please call or email before you return any item. Please write the order number on the package when returning. Refund will be made after we receive the items.
Due to risk of breakage during shipping, Waterproof acrylic shoji plates, or Laminated shoji paper that is thicker than 0.45mm cannot be returned. International orders cannot be returned.
